About M.E. uses third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible nor liable for products that cannot be fulfilled, damaged, or inaccurate (we will do our best to fulfill our products and work with trusted suppliers).

The prices are definitive on the website as you order but we at About M.E. have the right to increase or decrease the prices due to changes in the E.U, suppliers and you are required to pay for the delivery, we cannot deliver to all locations due to legalities. 

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. You must notify us at sales@aboutme.group. If you cancel your order but we have already dispatched the goods or products to you for delivery you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk within 10 days of receiving your order. The product/goods would need to be returned in their original sellable condition. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

• We have insufficient stock/supplies 

• We do not deliver in your country/area

• We made a pricing or typographical error

• Error on pricing from our supplier 

If a cancellation is made we will notify you via e-mail, we will not be responsible for any damage or disappointment experienced. 

Once the goods/products have been delivered to you they are your responsibility and we at About M.E. will not be held liable for any loss or damage. 

If however the goods and products delivered are damaged or in an incorrect quantity, we have no liability nor responsibility unless you notify us within 10 working days. 

We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred to products you have ordered or delayed by any events beyond our control i.e flooding, strikes, accidents, fires, explosions, lockdowns, attacks and so on.
